Tempcon Wall-mounted Panel Air Conditioner Unit

Wall-mounted Panel Air Conditioners are cost-effective cooling solutions that are directly mounted to the wall. Our AC wall panel uses Blue e+ technology which uses two circuits to circulate air and adapt to ambient conditions. Based on that, the cooling output ranges from 0.3 kW – 5.8 kW.

We employ the following protection categories to ensure the manufacture of safe cooling equipment: IP54 / IP55 / IP56, UL Type 3R/4, 12, and NEMA 4X.

For custom AC paneling design, we offer chemical and outdoor versions of wall-mounted ACs.

Tempcon Modular Panel Air Conditioner

Modular Panel Air Conditioner is integrated into the enclosure door and therefore blends in perfectly with the overall look of the enclosure. It can be easily exchanged for the existing door. The cooling output for this type is 1.5 kW – 2.5 kW.

Features

  • FrameThe body of the Panel AC is made with reinforced stainless steel. It’s given a layer of powder coating to avoid corrosion and weakening of the body. The entire unit is fit inside a compact casing to use minimal space. 

    Compressor

    Tempcon Panel AC uses reciprocating compressors for the refrigerant. These compressors come in several sizes which make them the best choice for small as well as large scale applications. With the right reciprocating compressor, you can expect high efficiency and lower energy consumption.

    Refrigerant

    We use R134a/R407C refrigerants in our panel air conditioners. These are environment-friendly refrigerants that contribute towards decreasing the carbon footprint of your panel AC unit. The R134a refrigerant has a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), which makes it the best choice for these units.

    Control

    We use a dedicated microprocessor to control the operation of the machine AC panel. They are programmed to operate under the set conditions unless you manually change the settings.

    Fan

    As one of the best panel air conditioner manufacturers, we use a heavy-duty industrial blower for the unit. This blower handles the extreme cooling needs of industries with the harshest advancements.

    Air Filter

    Panel Air Conditioners accumulate a lot of dust with time. Especially if you have installed them in industries with high dust volume. To prevent this dust from accumulating inside the Panel AC unit, we have used an industrial-grade air filter. This is a reusable filter that you can clean from time to time to remove the accumulated debris.
