Features

• Frame: The VFD Chiller frame features a modular design because of the galvanized steel. The steel is given an additional coat of epoxy-polyester powder to minimize corrosion. This offers superior corrosion resistance against harsh environments.

• Compressor: Tempcon VFD chillers use scroll compressors with a spiral-shaped mechanism to compress refrigerants. This enhances the energy efficiency of these process chillers. We also wanted to make this really environmentally friendly. So we use R410a refrigerant. Unlike other HFCs, this has zero ozone depletion potential.

• Fans: These air-cooled chillers use EC Brushless fans because they offer improved efficiency, reduced noise, longer lifespan, and better controllability.

• Condenser: Our Variable Frequency Drive Chillers use air-cooled condensers because of their reduced costs and environment friendliness.

• Capacity Control: Because of the VFD, these chillers offer steeples capacity control from 10% to 100%. This gives you complete control over the capacity and temperature of your industrial process.

• Control: We use a PLC control panel to operate the chillers. This specific model has an IP54 rating, which means the panel is protected against dust and water.

• Certification: Conformité Européenne (CE) and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) Certification guarantees that our products meet the highest quality standards. We even have set benches for in-house quality checks of our industrial chillers.

• Eco-Friendly: Tempcon VFD chiller design is compliant with the Eco Design Directive. Additionally, we use R410a refrigerant to reduce harm to the ozone layer. Our chiller design is perfect for eco-friendly applications because its high energy efficiency minimizes greenhouse gas emissions.
