Built for Industrial Precision

The TECWC52SCS operates within temperatures ranging from -40°C to +25°C. It can handle hat removal from pharmaceutical cold rooms to plastic injection moulding with no hassle. Its scroll compressor design has fewer moving parts compared to reciprocating units. This design feature offers a quieter operation and extended service life. This low-noise build makes it suitable for hospitals, laboratories, and educational institutions.

Water-cooled Advantage

Water cooling is better than air cooling in terms of heat removal and energy efficiency. Hot climatic and industrial conditions need such efficient cooling. Our water-cooled chillers come with shell and tube condensers. These condensers can remove heat properly from the refrigeration system.

The matching shell and tube evaporator removes heat optimally from the industrial process. This process is backed by a constant 100 LPM flow rate.

Scalable and Flexible Design

This industrial chiller offers a cooling capacity of 38.5 kW. However, our entire range covers 5 to 350 TR cooling capacity. Hence, you can choose from a wide range following your requirements. Our chiller designs fit in small workshops and large manufacturing facilities aptly. The standard operating pressure is 2 kg/cm². It comes in two pressure options.

Smart Controls with Corrosion Resistance

We add a microprocessor-based control panel with IP54 protection. This smart control panel is well-protected from dust, humidity, etc. The sensors automatically detect temperature fluctuations. We use galvanised steel with epoxy coating for corrosion resistance. Our water-cooled scroll chillers are CE-certified. It meets global industry standards and adds reliability.
